MaryLu's
Room on the second floor is an
exquisitely-decorated octagonal shaped room.
It has a queen-size bed, an antique love
seat and chair, and is decorated in romantic
shades of rose, mauve and burgundy. The
beautiful 48-pane window, original to the
house, provides guests with a truly
Victorian atmosphere. Down pillows and a
down comforter with an embroidered cover
from England make MaryLu's Room extra
special. The bathroom has a standard tub
and shower.

Molly's
Room on the second floor has the look
and feel of a country cottage. Furnishings
include a king-size picket fence bed,
and comfortable
chair. Situated on the
northwest corner of the building, the
spacious room provides a quiet, relaxing
setting. The bathroom has a large enclosed
shower.
The Molly room is decorated around the color
of periwinkle.

Lucile's
Room was originally the parlor on the
first floor and overlooks the lower garden.
The queen-size four-poster bed, dressers and desk
are made of mahogany. It is beautifully appointed in
shades of
bright yellow, pinks and greens.
The
fireplace (non-working) has the original
mantel. In the bathroom is a claw foot
soaking tub with shower and an old-fashioned
water closet.

Henry's
Room on the second floor has a
queen-size high rise pine bed and is
decorated in deep red and brown.
Guests can enjoy an
outdoor motif with antique fishing tackle
and tools. Down pillows and a down
comforter create a cozy retreat. A comfy
recliner and settee beckon you to relax.
Awake to the morning sun and magnificent mountain views.
The full bath has a claw foot soaking tub
and shower.

Bowman's
Room on the first floor is specially
designed for wheelchair accessibility. It
has two twin four-poster beds that easily
convert to a king-size bed. It is decorated
in restful shades of powder blue and white.
The extra-large full bath is also handicap
accessible. One of our most popular rooms,
it has a lovely view of the lower garden,
the gazebo and the mountains in the
distance.

Jessica's
Room on the second floor has a
queen-size high four-poster bed with down
pillows and down comforter. Decor is
porcelain and navy with touches of Victorian
red -- refreshing and restful. It has a
large full bath with both shower and claw

catch the morning sun and boasts a lovely
view of the lower garden and the mountains
in the distance.

Reservations and
Cancellations
A valid credit card number is required to
reserve a room. Should you need to cancel a
reservation less than seven days prior to your
scheduled arrival, your credit card will be charged
one night's lodging. Group bookings (4 or more
rooms) require a $100 deposit for each room and a 30
day cancellation notice. We reserve the right to
process the credit card number for the deposit
amount.
Rates do not include 10% North Carolina taxes and are
subject to change without notice. Ask about our
